"We booked last minute and for the price it was good. Our room overlooked the pool area so nice views. The room and bathroom was very clean and the staff was great. Awesome location in downtown and the bar was great and had live music every day. The not-so-good was that there are a pigeons roosting and making messes on the balconies. "This hotel is right on Playa Norte which was a beautiful beach with calm waters. Easy walk to the ferry terminal as well as a lot of wonderful restaurants. We came in late January and the vibe was very quiet. The one bedroom suite was spacious with a kitchenette and balcony. And the staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and responsive to any need!"

"This place was a great getaway right on the beach in a quieter town. The staff was amazing, room cleaned daily. I only have 2 complaints. First it's impossible to find. Need better location instructions. Second, I came to the beach with my family to enjoy the fresh air. I couldn't sit on my balcony, in a beach chair, or at the restaurant without people chain-smoking everywhere. It ruins the nice outdoors. Please become a non-smoking property and we will return. "

"If you’re budget traveling this is a great place to stay in Puerto Morelos. The property is in a fantastic location next to the beach. The balcony of our apartment looked out over a beautiful building across the way and had a partial ocean view. We enjoyed that feature! The funky challenges: The kitchen has only the bare bones basics. We would have liked a cutting board, but where’s the adventure in that?!
