"This place is the Chick-fil-A of resorts! EVERYTHING was awesome. Everything was so clean, the staff was super friendly. We never had to run someone down or wait for a drink. The food......... Omg! I was blown away. Being all inclusive I guess I expected Carnival cruise food. Not even close! The food was unbelievable, steak, lobster, lamb, I can't say enough about that. There are only two things I would say need to change. 1. Install exhaust fans in the toilet rooms, (they are stand alone)! 2. Please make the gym bigger and add more weights. Other than that..... Fantastic! We will be back! Uber was always less than 2 minutes away. Outside the resort everything is expensive as hell, you have been warned! "

"The property was clean, safe and the staff was everywhere you turned to help you with anything you needed.The food was excellent with so many different options at the buffet and I think 5 restaurants were a varity of asian, italian mexican. The pools were nice but the swim up bar pools are really small and thats where all the people hang out. THe bartenders at the pool bar are awesome. THe shows at night are cool and I heard the white , pink, blue parties are fun time as well. Call and see what parties will be at the time of your stay. . You can visit the other RIU properties next door but they cannot visit the adults only. If you can book elite do it cause you gt the ocean view rooms we had a view of the stage and the ocean which was a plus . THe beach is beautiful but rough and there are vendors and massage beds down on the sand. We prepaid shuttle to and from airport but when we traveled to downtown which is 8 min away we took a taxi there and then we UBER it .. kuch cheaper to uber everywhere .. Overall I would stay again if in a group. Its everything you woiuld want in an all inclusive . "
