Pros: good for kids, not a large property so it wasn’t difficult to get from place to place, bartenders/servers/etc were very kinds. Cons: water issues throughout the stay. Two days without hot water. One day where the water was brownish yellow. Overall: wouldn’t return, but is a good option for a family on a budget.

I liked this property for my first time in Cancun I felt safe and secure but there was better options out there and everyone around here wants a tip and the elevators are so slow. They do provide cenotes and isla mujeres guides and packages but it is way cheaper if you go by yourself in an ado bus if on budget but it was fun having a tour guide they look after you and make you feel comfortable but they also expect a tip.

Old pics on Expedia. No palapas on the beach, electric sockets kept blowing. Fridge in room kept stopping, had to wiggle it daily to keep working, Adult pool under construction. Fun bar is now just karaoke.. Will not be going back!! Hotel built in the way of the sun by iberostar.

Don’t waste your time here. If you wanna have a good family vacation this place might let you down. Crowded. Loud. Full of tripping hazards for kids. Narrow beach section that’s always full. Staff were rude. We ended up leaving this resort and going to another one because it was that bad.

My experience with Seadust was good but with Expedia Cancun Travelers uber was horrible I left my phone in their car and they never help me recover it. Horrible customer service and never answer my calls. That ruined my trip I totally discuss by Expedia.

My husband and I really liked our stay here! All the staff was so friendly and there’s also kids activities so it was very nice seeing kids enjoy their time as well. The buffet food options and the restaurants were also good. I would recommend this place.10/10

We love this hotel specially for the activities with kids, but since we arrived we notice food was not their specialty as were not hot at all even the coffee was cold, but the staff were so nice and helpful

The description doesn’t match the resort about how many restaurant they had, They only way you have access to all the perks is by becoming a member of their time share called infinity luxury club. We went on a tour to this, and even the own staff stated that they will treat you differently if you become a member. treatment if you become an infinity member when we had one of the most expensive room in that small ugly resort. Room service is up to 10pm and some of the staff need customers services class. Never again will I attend that resort or anything that infinity time share. The worst experience I ever had in a resort in my whole life of traveling.
