"We upgraded to a suite with a Jacuzzi it was nice. The food was wonderful. The staff was awesome. Drinks In the VIP lounge were awesome. The staff was so nice. Buy your massage PKG when you check in to save money. I definitely would stay here again."

"Overall our trip was good. We travelled as a family with a seven year old. I'll start with the hits. 1) the evening entertainment good 2) pools were good 3) rooms were good 4) overall the resort is nice, clean and organized. lots for the kids to do and plenty for the adults also Misses 1) food was really hit and miss. Maybe they just had an off night but the food at the Japanese restaurant was terrible. We went to the buffet after. If going to the steakouse, have the fish. The buffet? Well, some good some bad. you'll figure it out but there was always something decent to eat. The beach restaurant and the mexican restaurant were great (have the Pibil at the mexican) 2) the beach is basically unusable....so many rocks at the shore make it very difficult to enter. Bring water shoes. Overall was a good visit. Would I go to this resort again? I'm not sure. Its was good, but I might try something else next time"

"It was affordable, very clean and efforts were always being made to maintain the property. Food was mediocre, but there were lots of choices which made up for it. Male bar staff by the pool were not super helpful/ or approachable , but female staff around the pool, on the beach and in housekeeping worked so hard and were nothing short of wonderful. Rosio and Fabi ans well as Abigail in cleaning were exceptional and were a big part of why I feel positively about the resort. "
