"staying at this property was absolutely amazing except guest service agents are not that helpful nor Front desk. They seem to be ignorant sometimes whenever I asked for help in arranging booking or asking for bill changes."

"We have stayed at this property 8 times. Really love the resort and choices it offered. This was the most crowded it has ever been when we were there and it did seem like they could really use some more bartenders, servers and chairs around the pool. The lines were rather bad. Our VIP benefits weren't quite as good this time- we never got a bottle of wine in the room as before. "

"The hotel is beautiful, it’s a stunning older building rich with Mexican art and culture. The pool area is lovely, the hotel boasts a stunning view of the luscious turquoise Caribbean Sea, and the private beach is a huge perk! A downside is that the taps in the bathroom and the shower head need renovating, they are outdated and don’t work as well as they should do. Another downside is the mattresses aren’t very good quality, they feel hard and wouldn’t be ideal for people who have back...

"Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious. Pool si very small. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel at ground level so expect some traffic noise, if you are a light sleeper maybe you better look for a different option, for us it was not an issue and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. Can’t wait to visit them again. Thanks."
