"You end up in someone’s condo that they rent out. Not really well maintained but acceptable. Probably better options in Rocky Point but if you want nice pools & a lazy river go for it!"

Paid for premium services (luxury room) and had to constantly chase them for what we should have been given. Also, no map for the property so unless you explore, you don't know what you are permitted to do. "

"Great, overall experience. The room suite was modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Had all necessary amenities with kitchenette. The location in Polanco is quiet, and plenty of restaurants,Coffee shops you can walk to. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to check until 3pm on the dot. Other than that the staff was great and a 24 hour security officer available. I would recommend staying here. There’s also a nice roof top to hang out, we stopped at the store before checking in and enjoyed some beers...
