"Great hotel with airport-transportation. If your at the airport and looking for their office to request transportation their office is very small and a little hard to find. Its by the door/puerta 4 that leads outside. The office is inside by that door next to starbucks. Great stay we booked again in December. "

"I stayed at the RIU Palace Peninsula on a 4 day vacation and absolutely loved my experience here. The hotel is 30 minutes from the airport and I booked a Happy Shuttle transportation service that picked me up and returned me back for my departure date. The hotel is situated a little away from Hotel Zone but you’re right on the beach and the views are absolutely breathtaking and stunning! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous and will go above and beyond to help you with your needs. Check in was seamless and my room was actually upgraded at no additional fee! The hotel is extremely clean and spacious and my room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is also amazing and will respond to inquiries and needs as soon as possible. You really can get everything you want and it’s very convenient. I was also able to take a bus running up and down the road or a scooter conveniently to the main shopping and tourist districts. The boat rentals and cruise tours are also situated on the side of the hotel. The hotel itself offers 5 pools, restaurants, open bar, bar in your room, full stocked mini bar, and several water activities such as jet ski, kayaking, snorkeling, and speed boat rentals. You can get a massage, go to the gym, get your hair done or nails, and also book excursions with the help from hotel staff. I loved everything about my stay and cannot wait to return! "
