We called the front desk a few times during our stay to restock the mini fridge, they were right on it to bring us what we needed! Peppe’s had amazing food as well as the buffet! The options were amazing!"

"The only issue I had was that we stayed for my Birthday. This was told to the hotel ahead of time. Typically if you stay at a resort and they have the knowledge they will at least provide a card, chocolate, basket, etc. No acknowledgment of the birthday was ever mentioned. "

"I love most are the staff, from every single department, very courteous and professional. The service are excellent and timely manner. What I hate most is the presentation part in selling their timeshare specifically the “big guy” who supposed to be the last to convince us to buy their timeshare. I clearly indicated to him that there is no way we will get it but he kept pushing it like I don’t understand what he’s saying and he seemed not listening either to what I’m saying. I hate it but I really have to be rude to him, so he will stop persuading me. The other not so good is the fact that we supposed to be expedia VIP access which we found out when we checked in, that there is a personal concierge that comes with it, he personally greeted us and bring us in our room but that’s the first and last time we saw him. I tried to call him few times but I never talked nor returned my call. I think they should not just provide service like that cause it’s useless anyways and it just make you disappointed!"
