"We loved Riu Baja and would stay here again! We experienced the best housekeeping services we've ever had. There was staff all over the resort continually cleaning the property. The food service staff was always friendly, happy, and on top of everything; we never had to wait. They had plenty of restaurant options and bar options and the property was so nice and relaxing that we didn't need to leave if we didn't want to (they had night time entertainment as well at Riu Santa Fe next door). We actually didn't enjoy going to the downtown area as much due to the constant badgering from sales people and restaurant owners, so staying at the Riu was fine with us. My only complaint would be that the company representatives in the hotel that you can book excursions with aren't as honest or helpful as they say they are. We were overcharged and they made mistakes. Aside from that the Riu Palace Baja California was terrific!"

"Hotel RIU Santa Fe in Cabo San Lucas is a great all inclusive resort. My Husband and I were there for four days and three nights celebrating my Birthday. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent hotel and great food. People in charge of the food room need to make you feel more welcoming, they only focused on parties of 3 or more / I ate alone and almost never came to check on me, I had to ask for coffee 2 times. Food was great but customer service has to be excellent. "
