"The staff very kind , they help out very fast with 2 problems i had , the unit i got did not had air conditioning or heater, thank God it was pretty cold days so they loan a heater , I bought a mini one to solve the problem but obviously when temperature rise during the day the air conditioning is need it . "Overall, I would stay here again. What I loved: The private beach Infront of Playa Bonita was great. It had chairs and umbrellas and virtually no people. That was spectacular. The Playa Bonita pool area and lounge chairs were also great. Being on the west side they were in the shade in the morning which was great for morning swimming without worrying about sunscreen.
