"Great location. We had a room at the back, so it was also very quiet. Room was good value for the price. No fridhe or coffee in the room. Walkable to many restaurants and the local sites. Our one big problem was that we had only cold water in the shower for our three night stay. Also the water in the bathroom sink only came out in a small dribble. "We stayed at the Ridge for just two nights. Our room was great! Right by the pool and amazing view of the marina. I know some people complain about the noise from the street side but we could not hear anything with the doors closed. Having access to playa grande pools was a plus. The breakfast buffet was really good."

"I loved my stay here. This is an excellent choice if you're doing an extended visit and want a no-frills place. The area felt safe and had a ton of places to eat. Across the street is a more upscale restaurant. For breakfast and casually hanging out, I'd hit up The Dizzy Pickle. The room has a washer/dryer. "We had a lovely stay complicated by a day without water Not the fault of the hotel but a pretty big inconvenience considering we spent our last day on a boat and did not come home till late to NOT have a shower or toilet to come home to or wake up to on our last day was difficult !!! The owner communicated as best they could, but it did dampen our stay. The room and the building were lovely ! Clean and tasteful and super convenient I would totally recommend and love the unit but hauling...

"When I got there the owner didnt speak english as it said on hotels.com. She also tried to get me to pay in cash with pesos even though we had agreed the previous night that I would pay with my credit card and be charged in US dollars and she would pay for the 3% conversion fee. "The condo size was bigger than anticipated. It’s advertised as a studio but it does have a bedroom, hallway, bathroom, full kitchen and large family room. The decor inside and outside the condo was inviting. The only downside to the trip was the loud bass from nearby night clubs, which played past midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Other than the late night noise, the visit was great. "
