"The food was very good at all restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. There are many areas that require some degree of repair that are not being addressed: cracked tile by the kids pool tables with bad sharp edges, no fence or net around the 4th floor tennis court or basketball court so there's only a 4' wall for the ball to go over. There are pergolas taped off around the kids water park and down by the lower pool. The cost of a taxi into Puerto Morales is now $40 each way, 2 years ago...
