"This is the fourth time in the last four years my family has stayed here. The last three times the staff went out of their way to make us feel "special" as VIPS. This year they have changed one thing. They call it members only- and they have special areas by the pool and access to a couple of special restaurants that the rest of us cannot access. Also, they no longer take reservations for their specialty restaurants so you may end up waiting for 1-2 hours. They should have just left it...

"Swim up pool room was outrageous! Property was clean and well taken care of! Staff we all very caring and very personal. Only knock I had which is super picky is all the restaurants food selections were limited and everything we ate needed more seasoning. It was all pretty bland.
