"3rd trip to Mexico in the last 3 years. This was our favorite resort by far(stayed at riu Cancun and live aqua previously). Staff goes above and beyond! Room was beautiful cleaned during the day and turned down at night. Food was great!"

"Excellence club was our favorite! Best meals at Magna restaurant inside the club. Bartender Jorge was amazing! He had our drinks ready as soon as he saw us enter the club. Outside of the club, we were greeted by every employee. At any time we felt we could ask and it would be given. Beach was beautiful. Food was tasty. Room was cleaned daily. Pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort! "

"The hotel is 35-40 minutes North from Cancun airport. It is within a complex of different hotels so you have to pass through two security gates, having the feel of being a very secure place. Since we got there, the service was excellent and the staff super friendly, from the lobby to the waiters at the beach, everybody was helpful at any issue that could come up. There was a day that I forgot my iPhone in one of the beach chairs and when realizing an hour after, they already picked up everything from the beach I went running to the front desk, and they were able to locate my phone in the lost and found!! For me, that was amazing!!! The spa was very good too! I had such a relaxing massage. The hotel was very clean, the room big and the food was good too, considering that usually All inclusive hotels do not have the best food. The beach was very nice, and it had just some sargassum the last couple of days but I am assuming that it was because of the rain that happened those nights. The kids loved it! I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Book it already. Food was amazing, staff were amazing. Pools 24 hours. Great activities. I would say, you won’t be able to swim on the beach because of too much seaweed but you can walk it. Lobby bar open until 6am. "

"This resort was amazing! The restaurant options were amazing, there was always fun events and shows available to attend everyday! Amenities were unbeatable, something for everyone! Very family friendly and elegant at the same time. The staff were great and food was awesome! The staff work so hard and we were very happy with everything! Only complaint was the dress code at the buffet, very strict and very unnecessary. The seaweed problem at the beach really put a damper on our vacation but the hotel had nothing to do with it. I’ve never seen the beach with this seaweed problem before so I was definitely bummed about that. The hotel, staff, and service were top notch! Would definitely go back again!"

"One of the best-managed all-inclusive resorts. The staff is so quick to respond to any questions or requests. The food is very good and the service is outstanding. They have many activities during the day and shows every night. Great location for families! "
