Beach Hotels in Mexico

"I liked everything about the property. What I didn’t like is that my room was in front of a restaurant that played loud music on the weekends. The staff at the front desk seemed to lack knowledge of the area and weren’t particularly helpful. So we approached the waiters who spoke English for information. They were extremely helpful and friendly. "

"We were probably given an older room with an entrance door that didn’t have a secure lock on the door along with a gap at the bottom and top. We asked for a face cloth more than once and never received one. Staff was friendly, room was very clean and satisfactory however the pillows were extremely hard which made sleeping difficult. "

"This property is great. The only issue is that a nearby party palapa was open all night with very loud music ( until 5am). So we were not able to sleep. Hotel gave us ear plugs but the music was so loud it didn’t help much. Music was probably because of Xmas week, next time will be even better. Management was very nice to accommodate us best they could."

"What a gem. If you’re looking for the fancy all inclusive resort with perfect everything and all the bells and whistles, then This place is not for you. But if you are looking for a spot right on the beach on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with a restaurant that has amazing food, great service (thanks Freddy and Jesus!). There were always beach chairs available no matter what time we went. We could sit at them and watch the people and listen to live music in the weekends. Please...
