"Always a great stay, most of the staff is friendly, and willing to help. The door man, and bell hop, are top tier. Always stay here. Great location, 2 block walking distance to time square, but away from all the noise."

"We liked the pool, staff was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. They had sauna but unfortunately was out of order. Lots of parking which was included with the stay."

"It is very convenience for early morning flight at Gatwick. But it would be much better if the hotel opens drinking station at all floor rather than just one floor. PS there is no kettle at the room, so you do need to take the lift to get a coffee or tea in the morning!"

"Rooms are clean, free breakfast is good and filling, staff is polite, and almost as important as all of this...no children running up and down the halls yelling from 10-2A. It's just far enough from Disney to avoid that noise. Trust me, that's a thing in the O.C."
