We liked: staff A especially Fabian and Jesus and bartender Cesar, food options, activity options, staff created the amazing vibe, and the ambiance of the property. "

I know it is their busiest time of year... Passport Control on landing- Absolute CHAOS, all flights filter into one lane, we were there for over 2 hours. Cancun Private Transfers- Booked privately both ways prior to leaving. Reasonably priced, very prompt & friendly. Check In- Got there at midnight after delays. Not too many people in...
