"I’ve been to many all inclusives in many different places including DR & I have to say the staff here was underwhelming. Not very friendly, or attentive, aside from Milton! The rooms were cleaned very late in the day when we wanted to be getting ready for dinner. The pools and the beach were great. We had an issue with our outdoor hot tub which was fixed within a few hours. Not many activities. This resort is good for families. The sports bar is a great touch that is open 24/7, smaller food...

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"I absolutely loved my stay at Zel. I was skeptical in the beginning since it’s a new resort but the staff was very helpful! Food was great! I had a swim up room and the view was EVERYTHING! I highly would recommend this resort if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. They provided a lot of activities throughout the day. They also have a spa. You can literally walk to the beach but they provide shuttles to and from as well. Definitely was a beautiful experience!!"

"Friendly staff, excellent food, clean rooms. Great music was always playing which makes it nice. The pool areas and beaches were always clean. Drinks were high, $20 USA for a 1 ounce pour of Gentleman Jack over ice. "
