Me the wife and son (34 years old) had a wonderful Christmas at the Majestic. I’m a repeat customer, second time there. The Restaurants were okay the buffet was very good. Place is very clean our house keeper did a great job and we had a great butler ( Abraham) who made our stay very enjoyable. The best part for me is the beach and the pool. The bars were decent and made good drinks. My over all experience at Majestic was fantastic and is definitely one of the best Hotel resorts I been too. Will definitely return again for a third time.

The food was amazing. Even the buffet had fresh grilling options such as fish, chicken, pork, etc. Omelet and pasta stations as well. The beach was photo worthy. The waves were fun and the lounge chairs were comfortable. We never had to fight for a spot at the beach. The bartenders were amazing. The servers were friendly. I was very impressed. We will be returning.

The place is nice but the food could be better and kinda felt played by the beach dinner cause it was 500$ and still served us the same food and the room service was just ok but it’s clean and the staff was great

Here is our experience during December stay. You can see lot of good things compared to needs improvement. I highly recommend this place for families for an all inclusive vacation. Good things: Nice medium sized resort Close to airport Excellent beach activities every day Hard working and good people Good bars all around the property Unlike other all inclusive resorts, this place has room service till 11PM which is great There is no upselling Guest rooms are huge Lot of pools and not crowded Night activities are great Beach is clean and not super crowded as well. Cristina Who organizes dance, and shows is fantastic Food: Hotel description says they have 7 onsite restaurants. But practically it is just 4 restaurants. French dining appears to be only if you are colonial club member. You ear most of the times at Supreme,Taino,MA Suri,La Hispaniola. Other than that I do not see any other restaurants. They have cute little street food place which serves for sports bar as well which is good for late night snack. Food quality is good. Fresh fruit juices during morning breakfast which is great. You can see staff is making the fruit juices in the background. Needs improvements: It will be good if airport transfer included in the all inclusive price Front desk check in need some improvement. We did not have great checkin experience. May be other people might have good experience No hot tubs outside Room cleaning service needs some improvements

The resort was very nice and a good size! We stayed in the colonial club adults only section. The staff was very friendly and helped make Christmas feel nice away from home. The butler service was nice. Samuel was very attentive and checked in often to see if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. We found the food to be very good for the first portion of our trip, however we were a little bored of the options by the last few days of our 10 day vacation. All in all, I would definitely stay here again :)

What we liked: the location and the beach What we didn’t like: the hotel needs a complete renovation, everything is old and in poor shape. It is at best a 3-star hotel The worst: service and staff is very bad, at most a 2-star service We do not recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for luxury. If you are looking for a mediocre hotel at a good location then maybe. I am sure that the high rating reviews are from at least 5 years.

The pool and beach is very nice and spacious. Rooms were clean and nice. Some buffet food could have been warmer or have hotter heat lamps, the dinner restaurants were quality though. Overall solid experience.

Great property to relax and be by yourself. Be wary of interacting with the staff though - half of them were pleasant to intearct with - the other half including the front desk wish both you and they were not there.
