"From the moment we arrived until the morning we left, this resort was spectacular! The front desk staff was gracious and warm, the serving staff always ready to refresh your drink or ask if you needed anything. The grounds were impeccably maintained. Every morning we watched them use a string line everything up perfectly (much to my OCD delight)! The beaches were paradise on earth! The food was amazing, we only enjoyed the Buffet but there was so much variety we had no reason to try the restaurants. I am gluten free and had no problems finding a full plate. I would come back again and again! 15/10 would definitely recommend!"

"Olea who works at the front of the hotel was excellent. He made us feel so comfortable and safe. Another great one is Francisco who works at the front serving drinks, such a charismatic man. I don’t remember everyone’s name but ALL staff were incredibly attentive and beautiful. I felt very welcomed and I’m planning to come back and hope I am received by the same staff, they’re the reason why I am coming back. "
