"We had another lovely stay at Comfort Suites. We came for my cousin's wedding and my 50th birthday. I wanted a low key but oh boy the staff may sure it was memorable. Thank you to Jewel from the breakfast for making sure that it was a festive. It if you are visiting for a festive birthday milestone for a love one, reach out before and set it up. Thank you to Crystal, Sid, my Sanders and Chad and the housekeeping team who were always so helpful. One favorite amenity is free breakfast e the I booked to the Expedia on website on website. We do room upgrade, $150 food and beverage credit and a surprise gift. "

"The room was excellent- roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We just had one problem with checking in. We arrived very early and were told we could stow our luggage and they would contact us when the room was ready. At 3:30 we checked to see if the room was ready yet but it was not. At 4:39 we returned to see many others checking in. We had to wait in line and the young lady that then checked us in (the same person that earlier said the room was not ready) checked us in. We were upset for the delay but she just asked if anyone had texted us. We said no- she looked at the computer and found the wrong number had been entered. Despite us being upset by all this she never apologized or acknowledged our frustrations. Instead she just kept talking at us - ignoring any concerns we expressed which just made us more frustrated. A little understanding or compassion would have gone a long way. "

"Aquarius restaurant staff is very friendly, specially Juanita. Had a problem at check out when I wanted to replace the payment from the credit card my husband had used for the reservation to my Visa debit card and my request was not accepted. Due to this problem I´ve written to the hotel, asking for this replacement"

"Beautiful property in a great location next to downtown shopping area. Staff was amazing, they really make this property a gem. Private beach and pool area clean and well kept. Enjoyed watching the cruise ships pass by. Felt safe. Only thing is I don’t understand is why the bar area outside closes at like 5-6? Just be aware too there is a $49 resort fee per room per day that I missed when we booked the room. I would stay here again it was wonderful. "
