This place was great. We celebrated our 30th anniversary and could not ask for a better place to stay. Riu is truely all inclusive. There was no hidden charges. We would go again next week if we could.

The location is good. The food was good as well. The staff in the restaurants did an excellent job. Housekeeping was late on cleaning the room even after sending multiple messages snd calling the front desk. The front desk staff were standoffish and not helpful. The resort could use some painting as well and some refurbishing.

I was shocked that the pool closed at 6pm for a mainly adult occupied facility. There were no other activities like cornhole, a pool or ping pong tables to stay occupied other than the bar. The rooms were not clean, including mold on the mattresses one of our reserved rooms. The bar staff was nice and accommodating.

The buffet and food options were fantastic. A lot of variety and delicious. Enjoyed the heated pool! The front desk and the bell service were so pleasant and friendly.

Staff was nice, food was edible but not amazing. Not a lot of places to hang out other by the pool. Expensive to get a taxi anywhere

Nice clean space. We would definitely come back to this resort. Been to a couple other RIU always great stay. One thing is there app is not very user friendly to say the least. Ex: very hard to make a dinner reservation for a large group. Most u could do was 2 and we had a 8 😕

My room was not cleaned on a daily basis. Two days my room was not clean bed was not made. Some staff was social and welcoming. A few act like they were doing me a favor instead of a service. Making reservations for the restaurants was a task I hope in future these restaurants will be more accessible to all visitors

Worn out property not as it looks in the photos… bad smell when you walk in the lobby and same smell in the shower water makes the whole room stink bad. Food options same everyday not a single thing was changing in the buffet you will get tired of it and it doesnt taste that good.

I didn't like that many people that do not belong to the hotel were using the facilities like the pool, the restroom, chairs, etc

The heated swimming pool, at this time of the year, was an unbelievable surprise. It was unexpected and a delight. The staff was terrific!

Well, first off, I have been coming to this location for 30 yrs. I arrived and was very tired... started the check-in and thought they installed a water fountain - WRONG! There was gallons and gallons of water pouring out a vent behind the front desk. I then noticed all of the caution cones and the inch of water all around. Well, I tried checking in and my room was not ready. OK, not happy but a lot of the staff came up for hugs and handshakes.... I went to pool bar and saw a lot of staff that remembered me. Still very tired... I was notified my room, which I asked not to be on the pool side, was ready. I took my bags up to the room and I walked in on a couple in bed... NICE! I went back and told them this and had to wait another hour for what...? A POOLSIDE ROOM VIEW! I just wanted to rest. The staff is GREAT the place is not really a great place to stay any longer - it looks run down. The last thing I will say is the customer service desk, this time, was useless. After 30 years, I will explore other options next year.
