It's a large and lovely property but it is very expensive. Having to pay service fee on anything and everything but having to get my own food and drinks eveytime makes no sense to me. Forcing people out of the pools to say you can go back in once life guards leave and then taking all towels was not a pleasent experience. Staff was very nice. I just wish they elevated the experience and did more for the customers. Especially some free experiences. Other than the waterpark, I have no idea what my resort fee paid for. Some adults don't want to go and spend each day at the waterpark, should be optional.

I love the property. This trip was my 3rd time going and 2nd time within 2024. The customer service is usually very on point. We arrived in the evening and noticed our ocean view room did not have an ocean view, it was the parking lot. We went to customer service for a change of room. We went twice to customer service for help with the room. The next room they gave us, while there was an ocean view but it was an inferior room missing garden tub, etc. Went back to customer service staff was unable to resolve the situation. We came back 2 days later to see if there was a way to resolve the issue (move rooms) and that still did not happen. I rated it a 4 star due to it was our anniversary and had higher expectations of satisfaction of the property. We spent more than an hour trying to get the issue resolved and missed our anniversary dinner reservation at Carne. Still love the property, but was quite disappointed.

The property has a unique layout however the food was not great. Everything was beyond overpriced and staff was rude at times.
