It is a very nice property especially if you have kids with you because they will have many things to do. Breakfast was good and have many choices and can be suitable for all nationalities but it is very crowded. The best thing about this property is the staff they are very nice ,polite and helpful. From the time of checking in to the time you leave they give you the feeling that they want to you to have a memorable stay at the resort. I faced a problem and the GM of the resort Mr Amit was very understanding and solved the issue the minute I discussed it with him. Mrs Rika at the front desk was a great help in solving all the issues from start to end and I would like to thank her for a great performance in doing her job as it should be done. Really the staff made the difference and made me forget that I faced an issue.

A great place to enjoy "Baliness". The pool, beach, garden, events they hold are all great. Stayed for 2 nights but wished I could stay longer. I'm pretty sure I will come back to this hotel again.

The view was amazing, buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and the staff were all so accommodating, lovely people! Highly recommend this place, my husband and I were very impressed.

Beautiful hotel, we can’t fault the views and the facilities, everything was lovely. We tried food at all the restaurants and couldn’t find a fault. The kids club was fun for the kids and the pools were all incredible. Thank you!

Nice property with nice rooms and views. Onsite swimming area with a variety of dining options. Free breakfast is one of the best with variety of great food. Other restaurants have good food but quite expensive. Beach is rough and tidal. A barrier is being built that could help. Loud music from parties can be unpleasant. The hotel staff are friendly and respond well to any requests. Air conditioner in some rooms don't work, but they try to fix or reassign rooms if available. The property is far from city and other main centers. Hotel rental cars are very expensive compared to other local operators. Check-in process is cumbersome with waiting in a large room and often made complicated for simple requests. No counter for reception. In general, a 5 star rated hotel that is catering to many tourists.

Okay but not that great
Overall the stay was good ,but the hotel rooms need some updating , the cabinet doors the fridge was in wasnt shutting properly due to the hinges were need repair, the drawer where the tea bags and glasses kept not closing due to the drawer comming off track, they need to review their voucher system for half boarders as one of our group lost their voucher and been treated badly ,the vouchers are very small paper and easy to loose.not even water is available for dinner , we been made to pay for even water, 1st day we paid nearly £60 for drinks , meant to be a 15% discount ,but never been applied at this occasion.

Staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The grounds were beautiful, with lots to explore. The pool area never felt busy. However, the beach at Hilton is very rocky but besides that I would definitely recommend this hotel,
