The hotel is in excellent conditions and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and nearby the colonial zone. It is a 25 minutes walk but along the coast it is very comfortable. Very good stay….❤️

2nd time to this property this year. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. You can tell they’ve been well trained. The food in the restaurants have always been good. The entire property is beautiful. My one negative is the key card constantly wasn’t working well in the elevator. Other than that anotjer very pleasurable stay.

Too much going on in this hotel. Staff seems not to give much attention to guests unless tipped. Attitude from staff and not very welcoming. Only nice person I encounter was the cleaning lady for my room. Restaurant was ONE and although it was not busy at the restaurant food came out cold and took way too long if ordering from the menu. This hotel was way too expensive. I much rather go to punta Cana next time
