"I’ve been to many all inclusives in many different places including DR & I have to say the staff here was underwhelming. Not very friendly, or attentive, aside from Milton! The rooms were cleaned very late in the day when we wanted to be getting ready for dinner. The pools and the beach were great. We had an issue with our outdoor hot tub which was fixed within a few hours. Not many activities. This resort is good for families. The sports bar is a great touch that is open 24/7, smaller food...

"They forgot to put a bottle of champagne in my room. When I reminded them about it, they just brought the bottle in their hands. Didn't they have a bucket of ice? Also, the view from the room window, described as "ocean view room" did not correspond to reality, or rather did not correspond to the description on the Expedia website. The ocean view was only from the balcony, and I bought a sea view from the room!"

"We had a wonderful vacation at Breathless and the tennis Pro, Jonathan, brought it to the next level with the morning lessons. He was amazing, giving excellent instructions to improve game. Thank you!!"

"Overall was a great property for both adults and children with nice entertainment! Food was excellent! The bed mattresses need to be upgraded to be as for a hotel 3 to 5 stars; they were very uncomfortable and I did not sleep well! The bed rails needs to be upgraded as they are terrible looking. "
