The place is so family friendly with safe and big water park for adults and kids. Very clean facility, beautiful beach, easy to get around with all inclusive food options for all, including gluten-free options. We enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel staff were all so friendly and welcoming…always with a smile and happy to serve us. Thank you!!! We’ll be back.

Grounds were beautiful and very well kept. Female bartender at the Daiquiri Bar during the evening hours was an exceptional hostess. If there was one small criticism of Pepe's, the food was lacking variety and could use a "make over".

Dining was good, Staff is nice. Overall very good resort. Rooms and bathrooms are big enough . In some rooms, there are problems like, toilet flashing, room AC thermostat and few pillows. Entertainment, night show were not good.
