"We just spent March 3-7 here. It is jusy beautiful and clean. The room was a little dated, but it was jusy a place to sleep. Our days were at the pool, on the beach, wandering around. We were never bored and there was always something great to eat or drink. Bring bug spray because the mosquitos nip more inland. We had dinner at the Turquesa reort one night and wandered around the village for shopping. I would definitely go back. "

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
