"The thermostat when it’s completely turned off. The room feels like an ice box and still set at 64 degrees which is too cold. I think the thermostats needs to be adjusted better to set for suitable temperature. "

"Such a pleasant stay. Everyone was very attentive and nice. Rooms were clean and well kept. Any issues we had they helped us immediately. My friend and i have gluten allergies and they would make breakfast, lunch, dinner separately for us in the kitchen . All of the facilities were great and the location is great. "My trip to Atlantis, Bahamas, was, in many ways, an absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience. The delicious food and, most notably, the exceptionally warm and humble Bahamian people truly made me feel at home. However, there's one area where I believe the resort could significantly enhance the guest experience: the music. While I understand the need to cater to a broad audience, I traveled from New York specifically to immerse myself in Bahamian culture. I found that the prevalence of American music, rather than local sounds, detracted from that cultural immersion. It wasn't about the music being "bad," but rather about it not reflecting the rich and beautiful culture of the Bahamas. I strongly encourage them to showcase more authentic Bahamian music. Your culture is beautiful, and allowing guests to experience it more fully through your music would undoubtedly elevate their stay."
