"The entire property is amazing. We were there for four days and didn’t even see everything they had to offer. The food was amazing at every location. The pools were clean, staff was friendly, rooms were spacious. It is EXPENSIVE to eat there, but that being said, we expected that and the quality of the food was so good that we didn’t even mind at the end of the day. "This was my husband and I first trip to Puerto Rico and a huge factor in why we will return us because of this hotel. It’s close to the airport and if you plan on renting a car, the self park option is worth it. Just remember upon checking in make sure you bring your parking validation ticket so they can program it to your room key. First, the hotel is very welcoming. Staff is kind and courteous. The entire facility is unbelievably clean. I never had an encounter anywhere throughout of disorder....

"The music by the pool was horrible. One minute mc hammer can’t touch this, shop by salt n pepper and literally the next was old time rock and roll song blasting. Adult pool had no music whatsoever. Staff was great and rooms were clean. Could use some updating outdoors. Great location, safe and good food. The ocean had really cool trampoline looking flotations that were amazing to lay on."

"We stayed here in November and were not disappointed. The room with soaking tub and a rain shower were absolutely beautiful! Staff was very nice and accommodating and and pool and beach are beautiful, well maintained and always clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the meals at PRIME were outstanding. "Where to begin! This resort was beyond fantastic. We enjoyed every aspect of our 10 days here. The Cascades pool and staff in that area were top notch!
