"The property offers pristine views and for that I am so grateful. They were able to accommodate a last minute reservation because I decided to extend my trip a little bit and my previous resort did not have any availability. All staff were kind, helpful, and friendly so I truly felt like a valued guest. The room itself was reminiscent of 80s south beach Miami; it could use a renovation but for a night or two at the last minute it was perfectly acceptable. Cute little beach shard with the property next door. Access available to that property’s resto and bar as well. Would probably stay here again if I needed to; proximity to the airport is also a plus. "

"Very romantic, great customer service, anything you ask for they will go above and beyond to try to accommodate. The scenery is beautiful. We were in one of the furthest cottages and loved the privacy and the frogs and waves crashing at night we could hear even with the door closed it was like a natural sound machine. We never went hungry and it was so nice having table service for every meal. Highly recommend!"

"I very much enjoyed my stay in this resort. It’s very quiet and safe location so lots of opportunities to relax. My room was clean and quite comfortable. "Beautiful place in an amazing location but above all the staff were above and beyond. The breakfast chef, the waitresses at breakfast and the especially the bar man Dalston. They really made our trip. Should have stayed longer."

"This hotel is nice and is right on the beach. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Of course it needs to be remodeled but who cares. The room was nice, bed was soft, hot water, food was great, drinks were so good, location was perfect. A grocery store is a short 10 min walk. The hotel staff was so nice it was my birthday and they treated me like royalty. I will book this hotel again it saved me thousands of dollars compared to the other hotels."

"We stayed in one of the overwater bungalows and the pictures online don’t do this place justice. The room is absolutely stunning! Our room came with butler service and it was nothing short of perfect. Shandell, Deleen and Errolson always made themselves available and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Our housekeeper, Bernita was so sweet and easy to talk to. She was always so happy to see us and so welcoming! You can tell she really loves her job and it shows through the way she treats all the guests. Our favorite restaurants on site were Hunter Steakhouse and the oxtail at Haven Grill. We had Josina as our server on three separate occasions and she remembered our drink of choice. She was always so kind and pleasant. We rented a cabana by the pool and the vibe team keep us very entertained specifically Keithroy, Riri and Ajani. They are always making sure all the guests are having a good time and we loved that! Karlos & Ranjae at the Diamond Club pool were also super nice and accommodating! In conclusion, everyone at the resort made us feel at home and very welcomed. We got to know a little bit of all the employees and they made such a positive impact on our stay. We can’t wait to visit again. "
