The property is great for families and we loved all the events they had throughout the day. But the food was not good. My boyfriend had a gluten allergy and barely ate for 5 days. I contacted the hotel before our trip and was promised GF bread at least would be available. Concierge was not helpful in this area. We asked 3 different people just for water for our room and it never came. They also try to sell you on time shares and promise a free fancy bfast if you give them your credit card info.

El lugar es bonito y familiar. La atencion del personal muy Buena y respetuoso. La comida es un Gran problema si tienes alegrias porque no esta separada por areas, y las pinsas de servir se comparten. Los restaurants buffet, tienen dolor a humedad y El de la piscina, no cuenta con Aire acondicionadp y los pajaritos entran y estan CERCA de la comida. Los restaurants a la carta muy Buenos y con muy Buena atencion. Si comes Salado, pide siempre sal porque la comida es Baja en sal. Tienes tantas actividades para hacer alli con la familia que no necesita salir de alli para divertirte. El equipo de animacion bueno.

The property amenities included the water park are not in the best quality. The pools were dirty and not in a great condition. The water park pools were dirty, without proper painting and maintenance. The main pool of the hotel was always overcrowded as well as the buffets. The Macao Buffet smells like a sewerage system. The service in the buffet was horrible, you requested the beverages and they brought you something when you were finishing the dinner. I have more than 2 issues in my room. I had to request a control to the TV, the phone didn't work. Additionally, if you were with kids the game zone area closed, the kids care zone under reparations. The shows at night were the worst. Being honest I won't recommend this hotel. The hotel is huge, to get from your room to the water park the transportation was unavailable, you had to walk for at least 5 minutes with your your kids under the sun, while you see the guests that pay for the membership of this brand of hotels going on in a transportation and my daughter asking me why we cannot use the transportation. If you have the luxury membership might be a different experience, because the best rooms, a different buffet area were for them. Is not worthy to go to this hotel at all.

The reservation didn’t have any relax time!! We were out on excursion and may come back in on exact time of our reservation but wouldn’t let us in. One of the guys Anderson say it was close but still were seating people

We loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and nice to me and my family. We felt right at home and anything we needed was provided. The food was great with plenty of local options. Some of the best buffets I’ve had at all inclusives. The beach was very beautiful. The pools had a lot of variety and were very clean. The rooms were comfy and clean with nice modern accommodations. The water park was a lot of fun and a hit with our little girl. We stayed on the resort for our whole time but never felt like we didn’t get a great Dominican experience. If you do go, keep an eye out for fresh coconuts being pulled down. We got one for $1 and it was the best coconut water I’ve ever had. Stick around after you drink it and they will cut it up for you for free so you can eat it!! The nighttime shows had the highest quality of any that i had seen at resorts in the past. Long story short, we loved our time here and would go back immediately!

Una experiencia de muy baja calidad , la comida en los buffet muy mal estado, muy pocas cosas podías comer, solo en los restaurante podías comer algo con un poco mejor de calidad, me negaron mi derecho a tomar agua embotellada , no quieren darte agua botellas a la hora de sentarte a comer en los buffets o restaurante no pidas agua embotellada porque no te la darán , ellos quieren que tomes la q ellos sirven mal filtrará y con mal sabor , adelgaze libras de peso ese weeken. En general comprado con otros hoteles all inclusive que me he hospedado este jamás lo repetiría. El primer día el cuarto tenía un olor tan fuerte a hongo q me tuvieron q cambiar de habitación y la segunda habitación q me dieron el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, hay un Buffett q es imposible comer con el olor q hay a aguas negras adentro y alrededor , No te dan agua embotellada, moscas , pestes , horrible comida que te puede enfermar de Comerla Que horror !!!

Hotel is very runout. AC is horrible at the rooms. Food was always cold & flies on the food every time at the buffet.We had our hit or miss with servers / hostess. The girls from the Coffee Shop were amazing. What won’t ever make me go back and will tell everyone,Brazilian Rodizio Restaurant. We tried on the 2nd night and we had a situation with one of the server (I noticed they were stereotyping who will leave them tips) and will only serve those tables that he thought will tip, to the point he only brought once a meat selection only because we had to ask another server to please tell him that we wanted as well to be served! We then gave the restaurant another chance our last night only to make it worst with the hostess Sugeidy who gave us attitude and we had to report her to her supervisor. Of course after all this scandal at the end of the night even the server who didn’t want to help us saw us leaving a good tip to the only good server who is always attentive with a smile(you will know who he is because he is THE ONLY ONE that actually smiles constantly and genuinely cares!) and you could see his face when he understood he can’t judge just because we were 2 women alone with kids. To put a cherry on top we just got home to an email from Expedia saying that my sister’s review could not be published because it got rejected (we never did such a review) the reservation from that restaurant was under my sister’s room #. Now we know how they tried to cover the bad reviews!

Food was average and made all of us sick one night. The vacation club package they try to push is not acceptable. They tried to tell us it wasn't a time share sales pitch and it was. When I told them we didn't want to waste their time, we aren't interested, their attitude toward us changed. One guy told my wife to leave and go get some sun because she was very white. I will not stay here again!

El hotel esta viejo, sucio y la comida pésima y fria. Una experiencia horrible sobre todo en el restaurante Brasileño, en el Rodizio. Hubo varios incidentes pero un incidente en específico con la Hostess , Sugeidy, quien aparentemente no tiene ninguna ética ni servicio al cliente. Se escalo la situación de tal manera que causo un mal sabor y se reporto. Aparte me llega un email de Expedia diciendo que mi “review” (que YO no había hecho) fue rechazada . Osea que las personas del hotel quisieron tapar la situación y trataron de que yo no les hiciera un mal review. Lo cual no iba ni a escribir hasta que me llego este email y vi que ya entonces esto es algo que tal vez sucede a menudo y se esta tratando de engañar a la gente. Gracias de todos modos a las mujeres del Coffee Shop, muy atentas y siempre con una sonrisa. Hay otros servers que fueron muy buenos y amigables y otros que parecían que se le estaba estorbando.
