I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alhabana. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, ensuring a very comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. I was particularly grateful for the free early check-in, which allowed me to settle in and start exploring Havana right away. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to Old Havana and the historic center, making it easy to explore the city’s rich history and culture. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!

I stayed 3 nights in the beautiful Master Suite and was great, super comfortable and a really big bed. Clean hotel with an awesome reception team always willing to help, a breakfast full of fresh fruit and delicious coffee, we arrived in middle of big blackouts in the country but this awesome hotel had power plant which was awesome too.

Magnificent attentions during the long stay by all the attentive and professional staff, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean with TV and minibar, full bathroom, amenities and 7 towels, a good experience despite the difficulties beyond the control of the property that despite having an emergency power plant, the situation was extreme throughout the island with days without electricity generation. I will definitely return to this hotel for its good handling of the crisis and attentions.

My stay at Hostal Alhabana was simply wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome thanks to the free early check-in, which was a great relief after a long trip. Although they do not offer free internet as part of the regular service, they provided it to me at no additional cost, which was a pleasant surprise and very useful for staying connected with family and friends. Additionally, the hostel is located in a safe neighborhood, which allowed me to explore the area with complete peace of mind. The room was very comfortable and the hostel is extremely clean. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast; The chef prepares an excellent breakfast each morning, with a variety of delicious options that gave me the energy to start the day. I especially want to thank Rafael for all the help provided and the reception team for always being on top of everything I might need. In short, Hostal Alhabana offers a perfect combination of comfort, security and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Havana!

Desde el momento en que llegué, cálida bienvenida y, para mi sorpresa, ofrecieron un upgrade gratuito de habitación. ¡Qué detalle tan agradable! La habitación era espaciosa, con cama cómodas que aseguraron un buen descanso. Todo impecablemente limpio, lo cual es siempre un gran plus. El desayuno espléndido, con una variedad de opciones deliciosas. Además, los recepcionistas fueron increíblemente amables y serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Queremos expresar nuestro más sincero agradecimiento al increíble equipo de recepción y a los managers del Hostal Alhabana. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Agradecemos enormemente el early check-in que nos permitieron, lo cual fue un gran alivio después de un largo viaje. Además, el desayuno adelantado fue un detalle muy considerado que nos permitió comenzar nuestro día con energía. Y no podemos olvidar la deliciosa merienda que nos ofrecieron la noche de nuestra salida; fue el toque perfecto para cerrar nuestra estancia con broche de oro. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, con todas las amenities necesarias, y la limpieza era sobresaliente. La propiedad en general está en excelentes condiciones, con instalaciones modernas y bien cuidadas. ¡Su esfuerzo y hospitalidad son realmente apreciados!

It was my first time in Habana, and I can say I had one of the best trip ever. The all Alhabana team was excellent and did amazing job. The first day, I was received very friendly. Even though I had an unconvenient flight time, the guys at the check-in were so kind to allow me to early check-in. The breakfast saved me from a bad hangover and was prepared on request with a lot of love.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Alhabana and highly recommend it! Alhabana is located in Central Havana. By staying in Central Havana we were able to have an intimate experience on how real Cubans lived. The staff was outstanding! We would like to thank Rafa for all his help, answering questions, arranging an airport transfer and a day trip to Vinales. Alhabana was extremely accommodating and helped us when we were delayed 2 days arriving due to weather. We want to say THANK YOU for a great experience in Cuba!

Un hotel excelente, con una atención magnífica todos los chicos de recepción, limpieza impecable y condiciones maravillosas en esta propiedad de corte colonial.
