"The front desk staff was great as was the cleaning service. The hotel is not glamorous but is still very nice and perfect for those that are looking to spend their time at Atlantis. My only complaint was that the restaurant staff was not very friendly. Lastly, tips are already included on almost everything and I didn't realize it at first. Make sure to look at your totals."
