"This was our 11th trip to Majestic and as usual most everything was perfect. The staff, grounds, beaches all excellent. The best part of our stay is Junior our butler. He’s the best and never leaves a stone unturned. He’s the reason we keep coming back to Majestic. In fact we’ve already booked a return trip in May. However the Sea food restaurant that used to be our favorite has really declined. The selection of food is poor and not very good. Overcooked or just not very tasty. We went several...

"Excellent oceanfront room; we loved the pool, the beach, and some of the à la carte restaurants. The service from everyone was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We believe the nighttime entertainment activities could be improved a bit. Additionally, it would be helpful to train the train drivers to inform passengers about the route and ensure they remain focused during the ride. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return!"
