"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"We stayed here in November and were not disappointed. The room with soaking tub and a rain shower were absolutely beautiful! Staff was very nice and accommodating and and pool and beach are beautiful, well maintained and always clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the meals at PRIME were outstanding. We had a great time. Thank you for taking such pride in your beautiful resort! "

"The property was pulchritudinous. I was perturbed about the check-in process. I had just turned 53; traveled all day and night on my born day to be subjected to a hellacious deposit that was unbeknownst to be. Expedia is the worst as well! It took almost two weeks for the hold to come off! My room was oaid for in full. I was not there long…again, I would not damage anything in the room. To have my money tied up was perturbing! "

"This was our first all-inclusive stay in ten years. Overall, we enjoyed it. The resort was beautiful and so peaceful-like you were in a tropical jungle, and our room was huge and so awesome (swim-up suite). The biggest issue was that the resort had changed since we booked, so we couldn't go over to the other resort/access the kids club until I bothered the front desk several times. We finally got a special bracelet. The other resort was bigger and had an amazing waterpark that our kids loved."
