"Food was not great. Steakhouse and hibachi was about only thing good besides pasta section at buffet. Alcoholic drinks were good and they kept the room fridge stocked. Our room had a mold issue and funny smell. So that really sucked and they knew it too because a dehumidifier was in the room the whole time. Need to close that room for renovations. But the other room our people had was really nice. Most of the staff was friendly just communication issues here and there. Property was very clean...

"The property was pulchritudinous. I was perturbed about the check-in process. I had just turned 53; traveled all day and night on my born day to be subjected to a hellacious deposit that was unbeknownst to be. Expedia is the worst as well! It took almost two weeks for the hold to come off! My room was oaid for in full. I was not there long…again, I would not damage anything in the room. To have my money tied up was perturbing! "

"This was my husband and I first trip to Puerto Rico and a huge factor in why we will return us because of this hotel. It’s close to the airport and if you plan on renting a car, the self park option is worth it. Just remember upon checking in make sure you bring your parking validation ticket so they can program it to your room key. First, the hotel is very welcoming. Staff is kind and courteous. The entire facility is unbelievably clean. I never had an encounter anywhere throughout of disorder....
