"Overall a nice stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Arrived early for check-in and was told they would try to expedite getting the room ready but still didn’t have our room ready until just after check in time. Some construction going on but caused minimal disruption. We were only there for a short period and ended up not being able to take advantage of the Atlantis attractions. "

"It is basic but I will say it offers a full apartment style living. The manager and staff were great and easy. Accommodating with holding luggage. Could spruce up the shower heads and some rust build up in areas. Not sure why people complain about the dark area. It’s very close to main streets and security 24/7. "The staff was excellent although the beach towels didn't arrive until the day we were leaving. We booked at a marina thinking it would be like in Spain with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and things to see. We were extremely disappointed to find EVERYTHING was a cab ride away. A very expensive inconvenience having nothing onsite or even within walking distance."
