Honestly it beyond exceeded me and my wife’s expectations. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. From the check in counter to the bell man to the cleaning staff. They do their best to accommodate anything you need at a timely manner. We were complimentarily upgraded and they checked in daily to make sure everything was alright. Had access to 3 beaches and it’s right in the middle of Nassau so you can walk to many near by places. Would do it again without hesitation.

The resort was beautiful and being away from the waterpark was quiet and convenient. Having access to a private beach was perfect for my family. Room was a perfect size for a family of 4 with all of the amenities and beautiful view of the ocean. Only thing we did not like was access to restaurants, they were closed with no seating most of the week we were there. Didn’t offer any signs either, we managed but we wanted to be out of the hotel room and feel like we were out in the city. Otherwise no other complaints.

We had a lot of issues while staying there for 4 night including but not limited to room cleaning, noisy (there were a party with loud music on top floor), not high quality food while over-priced, .... Would not recommend there to my friends/family.

I loved that all of the rooms faced the ocean. I also liked the low key, easy vibe of the place and the decor. The Margaritaville/Jimmy Buffett theme was not overdone. The food at the resort, however, was outrageously expensive and of so-so quality. Burgers are around $28 and if you go to their little convenience store, a medium bag of chips is $9.

Great family friendly resort within walking distance of some great Restaurants. We enjoyed the beach area, pool area and the less busy 4th floor adults only pool/hot tub space. Overall it's a great place to visit, Oceanview rooms with a balcony are amazing.

I booked under my impression that it was an all inclusive but is NOT an all inclusive. If you booked through a third party like expedia, they have nothing to offer you and they seemed like they didn’t care. I tried asking for the manager on duty and never came. Room service were slow. Other than that, good food, peaceful, clean, comfortable rooms and plenty of amenities for kids. When cruises arrive, beaches are packed.
