"The staff are great and friendly. Quentin, one of the guard we came across our first night, walked us from the shark area to the aquarium under The Royal lobby. He was super nice. Samantha, our cleaning lady, was also really lovely and accommodating. The only reason I didn’t put 5 star was because when we came into our room, there was no shampoo and body wash and our phone was broken. It took me 2 phone calls and a visit to Guest Services to get the phone fixed. "

"We stayed end of January 7 nights in a nest swim up. We had our two year old with us and had so much fun! The room was very clean, housekeeping definitely kept up with it without interrupting naptime or any of our daily fun. The food was hit and miss. I read awful reviews before we went and it was far from those. The buffet was good, we had eggs made to order every day, along with fresh fruit and mimosas. Lunch buffet had a decent amount of options, we always found something. Room service...
