"The property was great. This was my first timing visiting this property. The food was not bad but could be better. I loved the Jerk Hut and the hamburger stand. The entertainment was okay. Room was very clean. The property need some up grade but while there they were working on that. Needs more exciting activities for adults. I recommend this property if your not looking for something extravagant."

"The hotel was perfect for myself and family, from checking in with Mr Reed the manager to checking out it was a breeze!!!! The food in the buffet was amazing i actually enjoyed the buffet food more than the food at rum factory. The rooms were perfect!!!! I will actually book with them in future. "

"It really was a very nice property and people were nice. No complaints about the staff. The only thing I didn't like was the upcharging for top shelf liquor. Room service. I needed to buy pain reliever and it was $3 per pill, that's nuts. I had planned for a massage but the wanted $210 for 1 hour. Thats crazy. The poor massage therapists were very bored because it was so expensive. Iended up spending an extra $428 and while its not terrible, I wasn't planning on it because of the All-inclusive...

"Our Spa treatments were phenomenal! The property was not as large as some of the other properties we've visited in Jamaica but it was gorgeous just like the pictures. Great food entertainment and staff. A fabulous holiday. Our butler Lennox was truly outstanding!"

My room was near ongoing construction site, though I didn’t spent much time in the room and there was outdoor dog on the property nearby, quite loud as well. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and people smoked on the beach as well. All sorts of stuff. "

"Clean property. Tv are not smart tv’s really not many options. Entertainment should be better for the cost. Food is great. Wasn’t granted a late check out I asked on arrival said I just need to come day of, but was denied immediately. Overall great resort. I would recommend a better tv, and better entertainment. Not much to do. "
