"First time staying here. We enjoyed the beach area and our swim out pool from our room the most. The staff was very friendly. Food options were decent, but as far as buffet goes, just mediocre. We could always get drinks at the bars but didn’t get asked by servers walking around very often, it was more of a serve yourself setting. No real concierge service either. Other resorts have pampered us in that way. But here it was more of a fend for yourself. The night performances rehearsed by our room...

"The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was getting our room. We paid extra for a beach front room and they gave us a room where we could not even see the beach and the same for the couple we were with. They did give us a room where we could see part of the beach which we were happy with after we complained and the same with the couple that was with us. When you have to complain the first day is no way to start a vacation!"

"I have stayed at Sunset at the Palms four times now and plan on going back in the spring. This place is so inviting. It is calm and laid back.
