Staff was friendly and always helpful. Our toilet got clogged and within seconds they were there to fix it. Food was good, we missed out reservations twice due to excursions running later than excepted so they didn’t take us so I don’t know how the real restaurant food was but the buffet was pleasant. Bartenders were on point fast and friendly especially Kevin. Spa services were great a bit pricey but I did get two massages. I guess the only downside was the excursion we took that were separate from the resort were so far and sitting for 3 hours for a bus ride one way I rather do the excursion with the hotel We did two and they were amazing and inside the resort.

Good energy and vibes from all of the staff members, food and drinks were good, all staff members extremely helpful and walking distance to a shopping center and fast food.

Good for younger crowd, food was ok, make sure you take advantage of buffet hours. Good bed, room size, and room service.

limited seating for restaurants, dont like having to make reservations for every one of them. Housekeeping did a great job on the rooms. Dont like having to keep track of a towel card for a towel,. Food was good, All employees were extremely friendly' pools were very nice. entertainment was good. Bar tenders were very fast and served good drinks.
