"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Nice Place. Was not allowed to upgrade room as a platinum member. Was not allowed to have any input in room selection. The food was over the top awesome compared to other places we have stayed. The Atrium suite was very nice (No T.V.). The patio was also very nice. The live entertainment left something to be desired. Lots of walking to get from food to bars. the staff was friendly. Would recommend "

"Great property in the remote and rural Breakfast had to be preordered from the night before so the staff can make preparations in the morning.The host was very gracious and welcoming, he explained all the necessities upon arrival. Host also explained that he took over the property a few months ago and was still familiarizing and learning with the staff. "The staff, the beach, the hotel were fabulous. But they advertise as having 9 restaurants yet only 2 are open a day. The food on-site is bad at all restaurants / buffet except Italian (special thanks to Beverley Stewart and her team for nice service) "
