We asked for an upgrade and was told there were none available but the there were very few suites in use. We literally never saw more than 5-10 guest. "I stayed for six days for a girls trip in March 2025. We had a deluxe suite. The rooms were spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did need European power adapters which we brought along but they handled our phones, laptops, kindles and everything no problem. The hotel has an amazing pool in the back that gets shade in the afternoon for a perfect cool-off. The Reef Cafe had amazing breakfasts and drinks. Just a short walk to Mambo beach for swimming, shopping and restaurants...
