The property itself is nice and well-kept. It’s a great location right in the middle of everything with great dining and shopping all around it. The aquarium and parking options are nice pluses. The floor we stayed on was very quiet and there are many elevators for access to each tower area making it easy to get around quickly. We had a great view from our oceanfront balcony. There are not fans in the very small bathrooms, so hot showers leave the space damp for hours. The staff were helpful when we went down needing something, but texted to check in and never responded to our questions which seemed really weird. The pool area was very nice and overlooks the ocean. We were highly disappointed to learn after arrival that most of the pool deck, pool bars, and room service were all closed for a private event for most of our stay. The employees were very confused about what was happening during this time and weren’t sure if we could bring our own food/drinks to the deck or not. We would’ve appreciated knowing that in advance so we could have made other arrangements, since that was part of the reason we chose this location. It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone in this location as well.

Our room was very dirty, shower was not cleaned prior to our check-in. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were nearly empty. I let staff know and they never filled them. Bedding was itchy and being near street front was very loud at night. The lobby was beautiful though and the food was good.

overall the hotel is good, but the downside is the ventilation in the toilet, or rather the lack of it, and the toilet and the floor behind the door were not very clean
