"We had a lot of fun here, felt safe and enjoyed the variety of things to do. We were there for a week with another family and our young children. The bugs definitely come out at night and the animals can be food aggressive so you have to be careful not to let your kids hold food in some outdoor areas. "

"We loved everything about this resort except one thing, the cold pool. Very cold we couldnt even swim in the big one. The one in the front was a little warmer. They have a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and not outdated. The buffet is not super big but the food was actually good. We tried the Italian and Mexican restaurant and they were both excellent. "

Seaweed big issue and beach has rocks underwater not visible as you enter water. Water shoes highly recommended. Lots of water activities. Pools were great. "

"All the staff was great, very attentive and respectful, and always greeted with a smile. Dealing with no hot water for the first half of our trip was frustrating especially coming from the airport and wanting to have a nice warm bath. We traveled with a one year old and she also had to shower with very cold water which she cried about. Other than that, everything else was great. "

"The hotel is lovely, low key and quiet. The hosts, Carlos and Roger, are so welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful as claimed. And the on-site restaurant is terrific. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides, breakfast is included with lots of delicious options. There are also a few walkable dining sites around the property. If you are looking for a restful vacay, this is the place!!"

"This property is a bit pricey compared to other all-inclusives, so we had expected much more. To sum up, food was generally good, but not fabulous all around. We probably had 1 great sandwich and that was it. Drinks were better than the food. Service was very good mostly with the exception of the supervisor during our check-in. He was not patient at all in hearing our concern about the amount due. However, the actual reception rep helping us was very patient and very helpful. The spa steam/sauna...
