"I liked the very large selection of food that your buffet had and all very delicious, every day I had something different. I also liked the drinks the drinks were amazing and the stuff was so friendly. By far my favorite was the massage I experienced two different ones and they were phenomenal such a great experience. I was there celebrating my birthday and the room decorations made my day feel so special thank you all so very much!"

"The resort is absolutely beautiful, but the best part of this stay is definitely the very attentive and friendly staff. My boyfriend and I did not meet one unwelcoming or standoffish staff member. Our personal concierge, Billie, went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again!!"

"We were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with upgraded perks such as complimentary spa offers and discounts, a private pool and beach access and access to the adjoining resort facilities. We were pleased with the food at the a la carte options. However, accessing them was a logistical nightmare. The online access was down. This required guests to line up daily at 7:30 am to TRY to get a booking for that day. On our second last day, I was first in a line of 25, and was still unable to access any a la carte restaurant for that day. No one was able to book. There is no advance booking- I don’t understand the issue. It must be improved. One other concern was the use of artificial sweeteners in the bar mixes. We all ended up choosing non-choice drinks due to this practice- not only is it an unpleasant aftertaste, it causes migraines in one of our party. We switched to clear drinks like gin and tonic instead of delicious fancy drinks which was disappointing. The juice bar was a real treat, and we utilized it daily. We found the choices for vegetarians and healthy eaters were plenty. The crepe stand was a lovely choice, and the availability of cappuccino at most locations was a bonus. We enjoyed the evening activities and the entertainment and animation staff were wonderful and sometimes hilarious! The dancers in the Latin show were truly world class. Overall, with those small bits of feedback, it was an exceptional vacation and we will certainly try to return. "

"This was our 2nd time at Unico and we can't wait to return again . The food is more upscale compared to other resorts. Service is above average . Daisy and Diana went out of their way to accommodate us for anything we needed . We knew alot of the people from last year so it must be a good place to work . BtW the hour drive from the airport is worth it."
