"The stairs were rusty and falling apart. The balcony was a bit dirty with bird poop. "

"The room was very clean upon arrival. As well as the rest of the property. Enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. Super easy walk to the beach and a few coffee shops. Would recommend staying here if you’re visiting Laguna Beach! It’s also 20ish minutes to get to Fashion Island if you wanted bigger brand shopping but not stay in the city"

"This property was able to house 6 of us in one room that was so awesome! We came here for our friends 50th bday party and it was so convenient, close to everything, from shops, food, the ocean, Loved the happy hour next door, the breakfast was great and I would highly recommend this location. They also let us check in super early and that was a HUGE plus! I would go back again and again! "
