Housekeeping was amazing. The front desk staff could’ve been a little more on the ball. Requested a harder pillow, and it seemed like an inconvenience to them and when they finally showed up with a pillow, it was a down pillow. Other than that, the staff around the hotel was fantastic. This stay was average. On day 1 of staying, we didn’t have hot water but the staff was quick to accommodate us to another room which had running hot water. The hotel overall needs an upgrade which include the appliances in the room , esp the TV. If you just want somewhere to lay your head this is pretty much that hotel.
