Interesting check in. There are 2 Sheratons within sight of one another. We went to the address associated with our booking, and were told that our booking was actually at the hotel down the street. She then said she could accommodate us , but not in the same type of room (queens instead of a king). We accepted this, but after thinking about it and checking our documents more closely we feel we were manipulated. The stay was fine (food is pricy) and we encourage other travellers arm themselves with documentation so you don’t get less than you pay for.

The hotel is walkable to main areas. You have to take walk 15 min to get to any public transport. Sometimes you might get hotel shuttle. The staff was good except one female in the main reception not welcoming, was mean, not at all helpful throwing attitude at us
