"This hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway. I took my teenage daughter. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar. The lazy river was much smaller than I had expected but it was nice. The area has sp many great restaurants and shopping areas. "

"Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, friendly staff, easy check in and express check out was available as our flight home was at 6am. We booked one of their corner rooms which was newly renovated and had an amazing view. We were very happy with everything and definitely plan to stay here again during our next visit."

"First time staying at a CitizenM. Hotel was very nice and the 24 bar/food was convenient. Close to the Grand Central Market which has a lot of good restaurant choices. Convenient access to the theaters on Broadway. A bit sketchy nearby at night but hotel was safe. Main criticism of the hotel is the tiny bedrooms but was clean and worked out fine.. All staff eere very friendly."

"I felt very safe staying by myself in this hotel. The room was also clean and neat. The lobby is beautiful as well as their rooftop. Personnel was nice, valet was easy to use and I was able to leave my bags at check out with ease to go eat in the surrounding area before leaving Los Angeles. Ultimately, I would recommend staying here."
